All pension plans require pensioners to submit their life certificate or existence certificate (Jeevan Pramaan Patra) to LIC every year. Failing to do so can result in stopping of pension. Usually the certificate is required in the month of November.
Can we submit LIC Jeevan Pramaan Patra Online
Jeevan Pramaan Patra or life / existence certificate cannot be submitted online fr LIC plans. Only this year due to COVID pandemic LIC has allowed submission of the certificate via email. LIC would be sending the pensioners to certificate form or it can be downloaded from here.
How to download
You can collect the form from any LIC branch near you. The certificate can also be downloaded from LIC of India official site or you can download it from this link. The form is in pdf. You would be required to take a print out of the form and fill it.
